Tri Training Day 2: Don't bike with your mouth open

I am starting this 12-week program mid-week; I'll have to combine some days. Today I biked 45 minutes on the Burke-Gilman Trail. I finally experienced one of the fundamental experiences of cycling. I was chatting away to myself when a bug flew in my mouth. Since the bug was flying towards me and I was cycling towards it, it ended up at the back of my throat. No chance of coughing it back out. It stuck, its chiton like a little piece of sand.
