Tri Training Day

Today the training log called for 10 minutes of running. I think I have made my position on running clear. However, it is always good to challenge oneself so I ran 30 seconds and walked 30 seconds  x 10. It was doable and if that is the schedule I keep to I should be able to do 5K in 45 minutes instead of an hour.
