It's triathlon season again and time to start training. Here it is Week 1
Tuesday 5/29-Swim 24 laps
Thursday 5/31-Swim 26 laps
Friday 6/1 Bike-30 minutes
Swimming is much easier this year. I can breathe on both sides. It was such a struggle last year to breathe over the right shoulder.
